Fredericksburg is a perfect 3-0 against John F. Kennedy since October of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Billies will host the Rockets at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Fredericksburg and four for John F. Kennedy.

Fredericksburg is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Pleasanton on Friday. The Billies took a 28-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles.

Fredericksburg's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Kress Mohr, who rushed for 83 yards and two touchdowns, and Griffin Beard, who picked up 115 receiving yards and one score.

Meanwhile, John F. Kennedy played a tough game last Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Pleasanton 48-7. The Rockets were already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.

Fredericksburg's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for John F. Kennedy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Everything came up roses for Fredericksburg against John F. Kennedy when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 66-0 victory. Will the Billies repeat their success, or do the Rockets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
