Football Recap: Hutchinson-Central Tech/Emerson Vo-Tech/City Honors Takes a Loss

Hutchinson-Central Tech/Emerson Vo-Tech/City Honors was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Lancaster Legends 62-6. The Engineers lost against the Legends in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 35-6 score last time.

Hutchinson-Central Tech/Emerson Vo-Tech/City Honors' record is now 0-4. As for Lancaster, their victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hutchinson-Central Tech/Emerson Vo-Tech/City Honors will host Frontier at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lancaster, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Orchard Park.
