Basketball Game Preview: Providence Christian Academy Storm vs. Blessed Trinity Titans

Having just played yesterday, the Providence Christian Academy Storm will head out on the road to face off against the Blessed Trinity Titans at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Providence Christian Academy will head out to face Blessed Trinity after giving up their first home loss of the season on Friday. Providence Christian Academy took a hard 52-35 fall against Athens Academy. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Storm came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 166th, while the Spartans are ranked 388th).

Meanwhile, Blessed Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a 85-47 loss at the hands of Centennial.

Blessed Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Providence Christian Academy, their loss ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-5.
