Volleyball Recap: Becker Triumphs

Becker won the last time they faced Braham and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Bombers by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Becker easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-15.

Payton Treptau paced Becker's offense, picking up six kills. Treptau got some help from Jaiden Messick and her ten assists. Kenna Hennessey controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 7-13. As for Braham, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Becker will face off against Monticello at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Braham, they will challenge Hinckley-Finlayson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
