Soccer Recap: Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Takes a Loss

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the William Penn Charter Quakers. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Springside Chestnut Hill Academy couldn't quite close it out.

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for William Penn Charter, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3-1 record this season.
