Girard entered their tilt with North East on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the North East Grape Pickers 79-48. The Yellowjackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 20 points or more this season.

Girard's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.5 points per game. As for North East, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Girard will host McDowell at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in McDowell's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games. As for North East, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Iroquois at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
