Soccer Game Preview: Grace Christian vs. DASH

Grace Christian hasn't had much luck against DASH recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Crusaders will square off against the United at 6:00 p.m. DASH took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Grace Christian, who comes in off a win.

If DASH heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Grace Christian took over last week. The Crusaders walked away with a 4-2 win over The O'Neal School on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Grace Christian.

Meanwhile, DASH managed to keep up with Ravenscroft until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The United came up short against the Ravens, falling 3-0. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as DASH came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 48th, while Ravenscroft are ranked 212th).

Grace Christian now has a winning record of 5-4. As for DASH, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 10-1.

Grace Christian suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to DASH in their previous matchup back in March. Can the Crusaders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
