After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Trinity, Camp Hill was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Harrisburg Cougars a 15-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won five matchups by 11 runs or more so far this season.

Lindsay Oyster made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. That home run was her first of the season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jordyn Beck, who went 1-for-2 with one home run, two stolen bases, and four RBI. Lindsay Johnson was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.

Camp Hill was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .647. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Camp Hill's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Harrisburg, their record now sits at 0-10.

Coming up, Camp Hill will head out to square off against Greenwood at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Harrisburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Middletown at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
