After losing to Shasta the last time they met, Chico decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Everything went the Chico Panthers' way against the Shasta Wolves on Wednesday as the Chico Panthers made off with a 5-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won five contests by four goals or more so far this season.

Chico is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-4-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those six games. As for Shasta, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5-1.

Chico didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-1 win against Foothill on the 31st. Shasta has also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Pleasant Valley on the 31st.
