Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Henry Clay). They were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the West Jessamine Colts on Wednesday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Blue Devils with their most commanding win of the season.

Henry Clay's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for West Jessamine, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11-1.

Looking ahead, Henry Clay will head out on the road to challenge Bryan Station at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Jessamine, they will square off against Burgin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The contest will give the Colts their first taste of in-conference action this season.
