Plattsburgh's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Lake Placid Bombers 3-0. The Hornets haven't had any issues with the Bombers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-16, 25-10.

Despite the loss, Lake Placid still got an impressive performance from Brooke Meyer, who had six kills and six digs. Meyer is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least five every time she's taken the court this season.

Plattsburgh's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Lake Placid, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Plattsburgh is set to face off against their familiar foe Peru at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lake Placid will square off against rival Northern Adirondack at 6:00 p.m. on October 2.
