Ayala rushed for 145 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, and also caught a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 73-yard run.

Sadly, Brady Annett posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Corona del Mar over San Juan Hills on Friday. Annett rushed for 52 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, and also threw for 162 yards and a touchdown while completing 83.3% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
