Basketball Recap: East Bernard Piles Up the Points Against Fayetteville

East Bernard won against Onalaska last Tuesday with 52 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The East Bernard Brahmas claimed a resounding 52-7 victory over the Fayetteville Lions. The Brahmas have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 22 points or more this season.

East Bernard was led to victory by Ashlynn Lemos and Lily Alexander. Lemos posted 17 points and eight steals, while Alexander dropped a double-double on ten points and 15 rebounds. The contest was Lemos' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Claire Viktorin, who put up six points and four steals.

East Bernard smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 34 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in 13 consecutive games.
