Baseball Game Preview: Lewisville Farmers vs. Hebron Hawks

For the second straight game, Lewisville will face off against Hebron. The Farmers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Lewisville has struggled recently with three losses in a row, while Hebron will arrive with three straight wins.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Lewisville's offense. They came up short against Hebron on Tuesday, falling 10-0.

For Hebron's part, the team relied heavily on Chase Harris, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. That's the most runs Harris has posted since back in February.

Hebron was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Lewisville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Hebron, their victory bumped their record up to 11-9.
