Fairfield will be up against a hot Chinook squad: the team just extended their winning streak to four. Chinook was the clear victor by a 48-26 margin over Choteau on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Fairfield put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Choteau with a sharp 55-31 win. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked eighth, while the Bulldogs are ranked 59th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Fairfield pushed their record up to 16-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.6 points per game. As for Chinook, their win bumped their record up to 11-2.
