Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hillsdale). They blew past the Onsted Wildcats 6-1 on Wednesday. The high-scoring effort was just what Hillsdale needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Hillsdale picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 4-10. As for Onsted, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14-1.

Coincidentally, Hillsdale and Onsted will both be playing Pennfield the next time they take the pitch. The Hornets will host the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Wildcats will head out to face them on Wednesday.
