Volleyball Recap: Juan Diego Catholic Takes a Loss

Juan Diego Catholic lost against Park City back in October of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Soaring Eagle lost 3-0 to the Miners. The Soaring Eagle have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Juan Diego Catholic had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18, 25-20.

Juan Diego Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Park City, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Juan Diego Catholic is set to take on their familiar foe Judge Memorial Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Park City will square off against rival Highland at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
