Softball Recap: Oneida Indians vs. Eagleton College & Career Academy Royals

Oneida was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Eagleton College & Career Academy Royals, falling 11-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-9 last Tuesday.

Oneida saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lillian Hailey, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

The Highlanders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.67 runs per game on average), something the Royals will no doubt try to take advantage of.
