After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton Area was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Mount Carmel RED TORNADOES with a sharp 5-0 victory. Isabella Ciavarella was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Hazleton Area is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-6-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those four matches. As for Mount Carmel, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10.
