Football Game Preview: Audubon Green Wave vs. Collingswood Panthers + How To Watch

The Audubon Green Wave will square off against the Collingswood Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

As a matter of fact, Audubon put up the most points they have all season on Saturday. They blew past Gloucester Catholic, posting a 58-0 win.

Meanwhile, Collingswood strolled past Sterling with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 31-14. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Silver Knights recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Audubon better keep an eye on Terrance Goffney. He was instrumental in Collingswood's win, rushing for 205 yards and one TD while picking up 10.3 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Goffney is now averaging an impressive 116.8 rushing yards per game.

Collingswood was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 285 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 212 rushing yards in three consecutive contests.

Collingswood didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. Ta'Cere Redd picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown. Redd is also crushing it when it comes to total tackles: he's made at least five every time he's taken the field this season. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Collingswood's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Audubon, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Audubon was able to grind out a solid win over Collingswood in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 7-0. Will the Green Wave repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
