Basketball Recap: Durfee Comes Up Short

Durfee entered their contest against Bridgewater-Raynham on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Durfee Hilltoppers took a blow against the Bridgewater-Raynham Trojans, falling 68-35. The matchup marked the Hilltoppers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Bridgewater-Raynham can attribute much of their success to Deshawn Faulk, who posted 13 points. Noah Perry-Lewis was another key player, putting up ten points.

Durfee's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-4. As for Bridgewater-Raynham, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-4.

Durfee has already played their next contest (against Attleboro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bridgewater-Raynham wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 77-72 win against Boston College High on the 26th.
