Basketball Recap: Weaver Takes a Loss

Weaver was the 63-58 winner over Ohatchee when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Weaver Bearcats took a 71-54 bruising from the Ohatchee Indians on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that the Bearcats have lost by exactly 17 points.

Weaver's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Ohatchee, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-7 record.

Weaver didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 79-56 win against Wellborn on the 17th. As for Ohatchee, they will welcome Donoho at 8:30 p.m. on Monday.
