Basketball Recap: Montville Takes a Loss

Montville suffered their biggest loss since December 17, 2024 on Thursday. They took a blow against the Morristown Colonials, falling 57-28. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Mustangs' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Montville has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Morristown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-4.

Coming up, Montville will head out on the road to take on Dumont at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Morristown, they will challenge West Morris Mendham at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
