Adirondack has gone a perfect 7-0 against Little Falls recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Mounties at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Adirondack sitting on three straight victories and Little Falls on five.

While Adirondack didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 5-2 win over Clinton on Monday.

Allison Croniser was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Croniser wasn't the only one making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Skyler Green, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

While Little Falls didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against Herkimer by a score of 9-4 on Thursday.

Little Falls' victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-0. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Adirondack, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.

Adirondack beat Little Falls 13-8 in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mounties turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
