Basketball Recap: Mohave Takes a Loss

It was a Battle of the Birds when Mohave challenged Flagstaff on Tuesday. The Mohave Thunderbirds were outmatched by the Flagstaff Eagles and fell 65-9. The match marked the Thunderbirds' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Mohave's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Flagstaff, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mohave will welcome Coconino at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Flagstaff, they will be playing at home against Mingus at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
