After flying high against Black Hills back in March, Centralia came back down to earth. The Tigers fell just short of the Shelton Highclimbers by a score of 6-5 on Wednesday. The Tigers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Centralia's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Shelton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Centralia will take on rival WF West at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Shelton is set to challenge their familiar foe Aberdeen at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
