Baseball Recap: Norview Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Norview had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Manor on Friday. The Pilots blew past the Mustangs 11-1. The Pilots haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Andrew Ludwig was excellent, going 1-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Carter Lawrence, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI and one double.

Norview's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-5. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Manor, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
