Burnet entered their tilt with Lampasas on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They enjoyed a cozy 36-22 victory over the Lampasas Badgers. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Burnet pushed their record up to 13-14 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Lampasas, Taylor, and Marble Falls. As for Lampasas, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-16.

Burnet will welcome Marble Falls at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Burnet is facing Marble Falls at the right time seeing as Marble Falls is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Lampasas, they will venture away from home to challenge Taylor at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Taylor has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
