Softball Recap: Berwick Bulldogs vs. Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans

There's no place like home for Berwick, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They put the hurt on the Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans with a sharp 16-2 win on Wednesday. The contest marked the Bulldogs' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Makayla Brown made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
