After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Woodland Christian, Highlands was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Golden Sierra Grizzlies 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Scots have posted since September 8th.

Highlands wouldn't go down easily and took Golden Sierra into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 19-25, 21-25, 15-13.

Highlands' victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Golden Sierra, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Highlands will take on Lindhurst at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Golden Sierra, they will face off against Vacaville Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Falcons will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Grizzlies surely won't give up without a fight.
