Basketball Recap: Chesnee Eagles vs. Greer Middle College Blazers
The Chesnee Eagles scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Greer Middle College 49-28. That looming 49-28 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Chesnee yet this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chesnee to victory, but perhaps none more so than Pearl Holloway, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Another player making a difference was Jayla Dunn, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.
Chesnee's victory bumped their record up to 4-20. As for Greer Middle College, they dropped their record down to 5-14 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
