South Lamar waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 75-41 victory over the Lamar County Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 82-56 back in December of 2024.

South Lamar has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.7 points per game. As for Lamar County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-18.

South Lamar will head out on the road to face off against Fayette County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lamar County, they will host Haleyville at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
