Volleyball Recap: Amity Regional Gets the Win

Amity Regional not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 29, 2024. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hand Tigers. The victory continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Amity Regional was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-13, 25-13.

Anthony Feng paced Amity Regional's offense, picking up nine kills. Feng got some help from Griffin Davies and his 19 assists. Finally, Clyde Stoltzman kept Amity Regional's defense grounded, leading the team with six blocks.

Amity Regional's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Hand, they are on a 23-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
