Game recap

Davis (Okla.) and Heritage Hall (Oklahoma City, Okla.) both received superb games from their defenses, but Davis was able to break through the stalemate for a 12-0 win.

The Wolves scored on two rushing touchdowns to pull out the win.

After taking the lead on a Alec Hetherington touchdown run in the second quarter, Davis led 6-0 at the half.

DHS expanded its lead to 12 points entering the fourth quarter. The Wolves' lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run by Blake Summers.

Summers played well for Davis in the victory. The sophomore halfback ran for one touchdown.

DHS got revenge for last year's 29-13 loss to the Chargers with the victory.

With the win the Wolves extended their winning streak to three games.

Davis (3-0) goes up against Konawa in a 2A District 4 game matchup next week, while Heritage Hall (1-2) locks horns with Kingfisher in a 3A District 3 game.
