Basketball Recap: Grant Park Comes Up Short

Grant Park lost against Beecher back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Grant Park Dragons took a 42-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beecher Bobcats. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grant Park's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Beecher, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record this season.

Grant Park will take on Tri-Point at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tri-Point will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Grant Park surely won't give up without a fight. As for Beecher, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 44-31 loss against Wilmington on the 14th.
