Basketball Recap: Hammond Takes a Loss

Hammond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Albany Hornets and fell 65-33. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tornadoes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-43 back in November of 2024.

Hammond's record is now 5-15. As for Albany, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 15-9 record this season.

Hammond will venture away from home to challenge Covington at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Albany, they will welcome St. Thomas Aquinas at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
