South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Heights Falcons 64-26. The Titans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-13.

Heights had a senior duo take command as Chase Robinson went 8 for 11 en route to 18 points and six rebounds and Amalachi Wilkins dropped a double-double on ten points and 14 boards. With that strong performance, Robinson is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Jalihn Timmons, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 11 points.

South's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Heights, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South and North will meet in a classic North v. South matchup on Tuesday. South is facing North at the right time seeing as North is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Heights, they are taking a road trip to take on Southeast at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Heights has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 208 points over their last three games.
