            The Lowndes Vikings will hit the road for the first time this season to  face off against  the Camden County Wildcats  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. One thing working in Lowndes' favor is that they have posted at least 31  points  every time they've taken the field this season.
Lowndes' defense heads into the  game  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Friday. They really took it to Tift County for the full four quarters, racking up  a  35-0 victory. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive  win against them.

  Jayce Johnson continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 124 yards and a pair of  touchdowns on only ten carries. Those  124  rushing yards gave  him a new career-high. Lowndes also got a significant boost from  Mason Woods, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 84 yards.
Fans were treated to a battle of the Wildcats  on Friday. Camden County took  a  24-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of Richmond Hill. While Camden County had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored Richmond Hill  13-7.
 Lowndes will have to contain  William Jackson as he made an impact in Camden County's last game. He threw for 285 yards and two  TDs, and also rushed for 31 yards.
 Lowndes' victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Camden County, they dropped their record down to 5-2 with the  loss, which was their fourth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Everything went Lowndes' way against Camden County in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024, as Lowndes made off with  a  33-7 win. In that  contest, the Vikings amassed a halftime lead of  20-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Friday.
