Baseball Recap: Dibble Find Success

Dibble's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Vanoss Wolves 3-2. The win continues a trend for the Demons in their matchups with the Wolves: they've now won three in a row.

The team relied heavily on Reese Merrick, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kaden Barnett, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Dibble's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Vanoss, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.
