Football Game Preview: Plainview Indians vs. North Rock Creek Cougars + Official Tickets

The Plainview Indians will head out on the road to face off against the North Rock Creek Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Plainview will be strutting in after a victory while North Rock Creek will be coming in after a defeat.

Plainview took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 49-28 margin over Anadarko. The Indians have beaten the Warriors the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Warriors has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for North Rock Creek's offense. They were outmatched by Kingfisher and fell 34-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Cougars were not able to get on the board.

North Rock Creek's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-5. As for Plainview, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Plainview won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, slipping by North Rock Creek 34-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indians since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
