Tony Marshall's Big Game Leads Plant City over Riverview Sarasota

Plant City picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Tony Marshall. Marshall turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 156 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.8 yards per carry. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last four times he's played.

Newsome has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Flore and Newsome will head out on the road to challenge Venice at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Plant City picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Tylor Morton. Morton rushed for 93 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

Big Game from Robinson As Sumner Fell 34-27

Rounding off our Top Five is Taesean Robinson of Sumner. Robinson picked up 118 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He is becoming a predictor of Sumner's success: when he posts at least two receiving touchdowns the team is 4-2 (and 2-3 when he doesn't).

On the season, Robinson has caught 11 touchdowns while averaging 91.8 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after 11 games last season, he was only averaging 5.82 receiving yards per game.
