Philomath took down Newport 39-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Central made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 8,650 from 9,082. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 42-16 victory over Taft last week.
Central's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ben Finnegan has thrown for 1091 yards and 13 touchdowns this season, while Kelton Chapman has 17 catches for 403 yards. Tell Cruickshank leads the league in rushing with 564 yards.
The Panthers led the league in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on the Tigers. Cruickshank ran for 189 yards and caught one passes for five yards in the win.
