Basketball Recap: Lake View Comes Up Short

Lake View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were dealt a 72-28 loss at the hands of the Big Spring Steers. That's two games in a row now that the Chiefs have lost by exactly 44 points.

Lake View's record now sits at 2-18. As for Big Spring, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 9-12.

Lake View will host Snyder at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Big Spring, they will head out on the road to challenge Levelland at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
