The Midlothian Trojans will venture away from home to square off against the Manchester Lancers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Midlothian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season.

Midlothian is headed into the matchup without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. They came out on top against James River Midlothian by a score of 3-1 on Thursday.

Lucas Frazier and Lance Yeboah scored all three of Midlothian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Manchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 6-1 to Cosby. Manchester were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Midlothian pushed their record up to 6-0-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three games. As for Manchester, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Midlothian beat Manchester by a goal in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, winning 2-1. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Lancers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
