Baseball Game Preview: Desert Ridge Jaguars vs. West Point Dragons

Desert Ridge is headed into Monday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Friday. They lost 13-3 to Apollo.

Desert Ridge saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nick Snider, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI. That stolen base was Snider's first of the season. Max Abalos was another, going 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but West Point ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out Skyline 6-5.

West Point's win bumped their record up to 12-13-1. As for Desert Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-18.
