Basketball Recap: Pine Bluffs Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pine Bluffs can now relate to. They took a 53-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tongue River Eagles on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Hornets in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost eight in a row.

Pine Bluffs' defeat dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Tongue River, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 22-0.

Pine Bluffs wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 32-31 loss against Wyoming Indian on the 6th. As for Tongue River, they have also already played their next game, a 64-31 win against Big Piney on the 6th.
