Volleyball Recap: Cadillac Vikings vs. Caledonia Fighting Scots

On Saturday, the Cadillac Vikings came up short against the Caledonia Fighting Scots and fell 2-0.

While Cadillac had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21.

Caledonia was led to victory by Avery Seif and Cambria Gaier. Seif had ten digs, while Gaier had seven digs, five aces, and four kills.

Cadillac's defeat dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Caledonia, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

Cadillac is on the road again on Saturday to play Byron Center at 11:15 a.m. Byron Center will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Cadillac surely won't give up without a fight. As for Caledonia, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Christian at 1:00 p.m. Caledonia will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
