Volleyball Recap: Mt. Vernon/Plankinton Comes Up Short

Mt. Vernon/Plankinton lost against Ethan on September 9th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Titans fell just short of the Rustlers by a score of 2-1. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Mt. Vernon/Plankinton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Ethan, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Mt. Vernon/Plankinton has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Winner on the 27th. As for Ethan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Canistota on the 27th.
