Mid Valley's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Everything went their way against the West Scranton Invaders as they made off with a 28-7 victory. Considering the Spartans have won three contests by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Mid Valley has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 34.8 points over those games. As for West Scranton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Mid Valley will head out to take on Dunmore at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for West Scranton, they will venture away from home to square off against Western Wayne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Invaders will be up against the Wildcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 30.67 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
