Baseball Recap: Erskine Academy Takes a Loss

Erskine Academy lost against Cony back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles came up short against the Rams, falling 14-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Erskine Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Griffin Hayden, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.

Erskine Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cony, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Erskine Academy will venture away from home to challenge Morse at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cony, they will head out to face off against Oceanside at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
